Since embarking on his entrepreneurial journey in 2010, Ashok Joshi has been dedicated to building technology-driven businesses that help organizations transform the way they operate. He leads the Marketing Organization at The Allied Outsourcing. Over the past several years, his primary focus has been the development of XENedion (XEN) —a next-generation ERP platform designed for mid-sized and large enterprises. At the core of XENedion is MCSAR (Measure, Capture, Save, Analyze & Report), a data-centric methodology developed to help organizations convert operational data into meaningful business intelligence. Rather than simply recording transactions, the MCSAR framework enables businesses to capture the right information, analyze it intelligently, and deliver actionable insights that support faster, more informed decision-making. Today, XEN powers operations for organizations across diverse industries, including retail, food & beverage, manufacturing, automotive components, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Customers include service providers, manufacturers, retail businesses large trading organizations, and logistics providers. Ashok is a strong advocate for the future of intelligent enterprise technology. He believes the next generation of ERP platforms will be driven by the convergence of Artificial Intelligence, Mobile Computing, Cloud Technologies, Robotics, the Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, Blockchain, and advanced data analytics. His vision is to build enterprise solutions that are not only operationally efficient but also predictive, adaptive, and AI-enabled.
